Purposes
Respond to your commercial requests, propose a scope and a quote. Anonymous statistics to improve the site. No marketing emails without explicit consent.
Legal basis
Article 6.1.b of the GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject) for commercial contacts. Legitimate interest for anonymous statistics.
Retention period
Contact data: 3 years after the last exchange. Accounting and contractual data: legal duration of 10 years. Anonymous statistics: 13 months.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Technical sub-processors only (hosting provider, HubSpot CRM, Resend email) — all under GDPR data processing agreements.
Transfers outside the EU
Your data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Some sub-processors (HubSpot, Resend) may process data in the US under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
